Regional Center Referrals

Let’s find the right fit.

We work with participants, families, service coordinators, and support teams to understand the person and determine whether Beyond The Scope is an appropriate fit.

How to begin

Four steps to getting started.

Families or participants interested in Beyond The Scope should talk with their Regional Center service coordinator about day-service goals and request that referral information be shared with our program.

  1. 1

    Discuss interest

The participant or family connects with the Regional Center service coordinator and identifies Beyond The Scope as a program they would like to explore.

  2. 2

    Share referral information

The service coordinator sends the referral packet and relevant planning information so our team can understand goals, preferences, health and safety considerations, and support needs.

  3. 3

    Meet and explore fit

We meet with the participant and support team, answer questions, learn what matters to the person, and discuss the structure of our community-based program.

  4. 4

    Coordinate the start

If the program is a good fit and space is available, we coordinate next steps with the service coordinator. Services begin after written authorization is in place.
